本報訊(通訊員鄧順凱)近日,花園中學傳來喜訊,該校13名青年教師在2019年東陽市中職教師信息化說課研訓比賽中獲獎,其中一等獎2人,二等獎2人,三等獎9人,展現了花園中學強大的師資力量。

此(ci)外(wai),花(hua)園(yuan)中(zhong)學(xue)積(ji)極(ji)鼓(gu)勵(li)青(qing)年(nian)教(jiao)師(shi)苦(ku)練(lian)教(jiao)學(xue)基(ji)本(ben)功(gong),切(qie)實(shi)提(ti)高(gao)職(zhi)業(ye)技(ji)能(neng),推(tui)動(dong)教(jiao)師(shi)專(zhuan)業(ye)化(hua)成(cheng)長(chang),定(ding)期(qi)開(kai)展(zhan)青(qing)年(nian)教(jiao)師(shi)專(zhuan)業(ye)基(ji)本(ben)功(gong)考(kao)核(he)活(huo)動(dong)。全(quan)校(xiao)30多名45周歲以下青年教師參加檢測,確定優秀、良好、hegedengpingbi。ceshijiaoshijijicanyu,gejinqicai,chongfenzhanxianjibengong,xianshilianghaodezhiyejinengshuiping。weilezengjiaketangdexinxihuaheduoyuanhua,qianghuaqingnianjiaoshixinxijishuyingyongshuiping,xuexiaohailiyongjiaoyanhuodongshijian,duiqingnianjiaoshijinxingpeixun,cujinjiaoshixinxihuajiaoxueshuipingdetigao,youlituidongjiaoxuezhiliangwenbutisheng,bingqietongguorangqingnianjiaoshishanghuibaoke、過關課,反複聽課、評課、磨課等,認真研究他們的特點,彌補不足,幫助他們在教學道路上快速成長,以此推動花園中學教師隊伍的不斷壯大。
